Use for Health : 0.5-1 gr. Allspice can be used as pill (powder maight be put in capsule) 2-3 times in a day; Allspice, is helpul for digestion, expedites blood circulation and alleviates rheumatic pains.
Cuisine : Allspice is the main spice of stuffed meals.
Can be used in; meaty and olive oil dishes, is put in jardiniere (caroot, cabbage, celery) before cooking and taken out after cooking. Particularly used in meatballs, sausages, some kind of desserts(Turkish Baklava) and a few soft drinks. Allspice also exists in Curry spice.

Additional Info : Also named; Jamaica Pepper. Allspice tree is used for walking stick and umbrella production. Between 17th and 19th centuries, sailors were using Allspice for preserving the meats not to putrefy.
