Cardamom

Cardamom Seeds are obtained by dehydration and sepereation of the fruits'. You may use Tufan Cardamom in legumes and fish dishes, also can be used as a seasoning in dairy desserts, compotes, teas and coffees. It is added in bakeries in Sweden and Finland. Indians chew the cardamom seeds for avoiding halitosis. Cardamom seeds contain resine, starch and essential oils. Cardamom is being used as a spice because of its delightful aroma and odor. It is an appetizer and getter. In Arabic and Persian it is called "Hel" gives a delightful aroma to tea. Cardamom flavors of Bergamot since its aroma hence Cardamom tea is famous.
